The Engine (2026)
The Engine (after Swift) is a fully DIY noise machine built for the Feedback Loops performance at the AI Arts Festival 2026, Winchester. The sound sources are four CascaMesa synths by VauxFlores, controlled by the 12 outputs of the NLC Hyperchaos Deluxe Eurorack module (I didn’t include it here, but it’s also quite interesting to have all gates/relays open, so you can hear the chaotic outputs from the Hyperchaos Deluxe interacting with each other). Hardware includes the Mini Speaker, by Clacktronics, the FC Power (Frequency Central), and the STICKY Passive Eurorack Bus Board by Rakit. All gates are controlled from Max/MSP.
